座談會(hui)最后,徐(xu)保政董事(shi)長作重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)講話,他(ta)肯定了(le)青年(nian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)座談會(hui)在(zai)年(nian)終(zhong)歲(sui)尾這一時間截(jie)點召開的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)意義,徐(xu)總(zong)(zong)說,大(da)家提(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)問題是在(zai)總(zong)(zong)結一線(xian)工(gong)(gong)作經驗并認真思考和梳理(li)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上提(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de),證明我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)青年(nian)骨干員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)在(zai)管(guan)理(li)能力(li)(li)方面上了(le)一個臺階,集團公司會(hui)及(ji)時研究、調研,部(bu)分問題將在(zai)新一年(nian)制度(du)修(xiu)訂工(gong)(gong)作中得到充實(shi)完善和解決,力(li)(li)求制度(du)修(xiu)訂更(geng)(geng)加有針對性、有操(cao)作性。徐(xu)總(zong)(zong)提(ti)出(chu):除(chu)了(le)座談交(jiao)流,集團公司將建立一個可(ke)以讓員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)隨時隨地發表(biao)建議、意見的(de)(de)(de)長效信(xin)息通道,讓員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)們(men)暢言(yan)己見,使更(geng)(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)參與到企業(ye)(ye)管(guan)理(li)中。最后,徐(xu)保政董事(shi)長要(yao)(yao)求集團上下要(yao)(yao)統一價值導向,青年(nian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)定位和企業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)腳步要(yao)(yao)同頻共振(zhen),企業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)更(geng)(geng)要(yao)(yao)守住底(di)線(xian)、不踩紅線(xian),發展(zhan)(zhan)成果惠及(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)。
